There are many food products in the world , we often get confused which ones are healthier and more beneficial to obtain. Some are organic but others are artificial which are made with all sorts of fertilisers and additives. Today in order to produce larger amount of food   people invent chemical addictives which speed up growth and increase size of the food which we buy in supermarkets in order to cell more and therfore earn morn to make in directly proportional.Do you see what I mean? It is very important to choose certain products carefully and be confident in what your stomach digests. To be honest it is almost impossible unless you are an expert in the food industry. The quality of food depends where this product was made,what it consists of and how long it can be kept. Never ever buy food which doesnt look fresh to you as it can lead to intoxication. Wrong food diet may lead to further health problems. You shouldnt overeat chips,fries or take away.These products contain lots of chemical addictives which are very dangerous in large amounts. Try to combine healthy anf fresh products with something which might not be that healthy in the right proportion. On the other hand it is important that you dont just follow instructions to keep your body healthy but also enjoy what you eat. I would therefore recommend you to be very specific and carefull in your choise of food products, so you wont be disappointed or harmed by all known and all loved food.
