1.it is half past seven
2.it is a quarter to 3
3.it is 5 o'clock
смотри до половины(до 30) ты называешь минуты а затем past и час например: 3:15 по русски это 15 минут 4 а по английски ты должна сказать это так: a quarter(четверть) past (не 4-ого) а three.т.е ты называешь час который там указан.
когда уже за 30 минут переходит то называешь минуты потом to затем не тот час который указан а на час вперёд
например без 15:40 twenty to four
