Стресс — это состояние эмоционального и физического напряжения, которое возникает в определенных ситуациях, которые характеризуются как трудные и неподвластные. Стресс могут вызвать разные ситуации. Например, ссоры, скандалы, пробки и даже обычные психологические нагрузки.
Стресс очень сильно влияет на наш организм и делится на 3 уровня : интеллект, мысли, эмоции.
Причем сначала идет интеллектуальная обработка информации (сознание и подсознание), потом эмоциональное ощущение (сильное или слабое) и только потом эти процессы закрепляются на физическом уровне. При стрессе у нас расширяются зрачки, повышается уровень сахара и вырабатывается адреналин.
В моем случае стресс случается из-за учебы, чтобы его предотвратить, я стараюсь успокаивать себя, искать в ситуациии плюсы. Иногда нужно поделится с кем-то своей проблемой, тогда станет душевно легче и стресс будет не страшен.

Office automation was a popular term in the 1970s and 1980s as the desktop computer exploded onto the scene.
3. Advantages are:

2. It eliminates the need for a large staff.
3. Less storage is required to store data.
4. Multiple people can update data simultaneously in the event of changes in schedule.
