Срочно!Помогите пожалуйста!!! нужен перевод 1 и 3 абзацы ( не по переводчику) . + ответить на вопросы. PUBLIC BEHAVIOR IN THE UNITED

KINGDOM

1. Britons, and the English in particular, are notoriously undemonstrative. The “stuff upper lip” is not just the stuff of fiction and emotional displays, positive or negative, are generally frowned upon. Gestures such as backslapping and hugging are discouraged and a wide distance should be maintained between participants in a conversation. Maintaining eye contact may be necessary when you are trying to emphasize important points but you must avoid any temptation to “eye-ball”. Talking loudly is unacceptable and shouting is beyond the pale. Some old-fashioned interlocutors may not hear you if you have your hands in your pockets. The British do not gesticulate frantically.

2. Introductions can be tricky. Ideally the British prefer third-party introductions but in certain situations, like a drinks party, it may not always be possible and, though awkward, you may just have to go ahead and introduce yourself. Firm handshakes are the norm as part of a formal introduction but may not be expected at subsequent meetings or on social occasions; a gentleman should always wait for a woman to proffer her hand before squeezing it gently. The continental habit of exchanging kisses has gained currency especially amongst the young and the affected but is not recommended for visitors – even the natives are unsure of the correct procedure.

3. “How do you do?” is a greeting not a question. It is used when people are introduced for the first time only and the correct response is to repeat “How do you do?” which is a more or less sincere enquiry as to your well-being.

4. This emotional detachment or even apparent indifference also explains the British abhorrence of Americanisms such as “Have a nice day”. The objection lies not in the sentiment itself but in the lack of sincerity that is implied to the stand-offish British mentality.

5. If the British use few words, it is because they prefer to mean those they do use. They are polite and courteous for the most part. They expect to be treated with respect, in turn for which they will treat you with respect, so: – if there is a queue, go to the back of the line and wait patiently; - do not use the “V” – sign (raising the index and middle fingers) unless you are sure which is the Churchillian version signifying peace or victory (palm outwards); the use of the alternative version (palm inwards) is less common nowadays but is still vulgar and offensive.

6. A service charge of 10-15 % is almost always included in hotel and restaurant bills and you should be wary of establishments that leave the credit card slip open for you to include an additional contribution (if you wish to reward exceptional service give cash directly to the staff). Do not tip bar staff in pubs where there is no table service. Otherwise taxi drivers (especially in London), hairdressers, porters, etc. will expect 10-15 % or a couple of pounds, whichever is the greater.

Помогите,пожалуйста с CONCLUSION? и проверьте эссе в целом. Experience of my life My name is Anna. I am 18 years old. I am from Russia. I

find myself a powerful person. Becoming me as a strong personality began in childhood when I started to play volleyball. Our team had to "fight for place" in the starting lineup, where you must show leadership qualities. Doing this sport for a long time, I have become stronger and smarter person. I can also add that I learned very well to adapt fast to the situation, I can feel where I can say something, comment, add and where I shouldn't do it. What is more, I am very emotional, but a lot of feelings I keep inside. In a stressful situation for some time I can be suppressed like any another person, but I try to treat everything positive. Besides, I am very caution. Before I do something, I think about future repercussion. Nevertheless, one should accept that I am purposeful. If I have a goal, I will achieve the goal any ways and any methods. Despite any qualities, I am afraid of the terrible situations that can happen in our lives. So, this story will be about the fear of my life.

I had some experience in my life when I was really scared. It happened in Los Angeles in 2010. It was summer time. I have been studying English in a language school. When I arrived from school to my home, I went to cafe. One guy fixedly looked at me for a long time... I thought: "It is ok! It is not a reason for worry". I have just decided to change this cafe to a different place. When I went out, he went with me. I was in shock. In a result, I decided to come back home. This guy followed me and shouted something. I began to run where I saw people. When he saw that I haven't already been alone, he stopped to go after me. Then I came home and couldn't believe that this situation happened to me. I can't even imagine what would happen if I didn't see the people and wouldn't go in their direction. I remember that after this incident, I was depressed for a long time. I never told anyone of close people about it. I didn't want them to be worry. Nowadays, I am so happy that everything ended good and I'm scared to be solitary in unknown places.

I have changed as a person and I can feel the changes myself. I became to see many situations in my life on the other hand. For example, before when I listened something about similar situations, I didn't understand all... So, I became more careful to my life. I began to appreciate life more. Now I try not to walk alone in the evening in unfamiliar places. We can't know everything that can happen to us, so we need to value every moment.

To sum up, I believe that we will finally solve all our problems and will live happily. We must take good care of our life and be careful everywhere.

Нужно составить сочинение на тему "Радио"(предложений 15 нужно). Можно опираться на этот текст, то есть можно 2 предложения взять с этого текста или на

основе главных слов в тексте составить сочинение. Вот текст: RADIO
Radio is also one of the most important mass media. Radio broadcasts news, discussions, interviews, description of sport events, drama, religious programmes, music, and advertising.
There is at least one radio station in every country in the world, and altogether there are more than 25,000 stations all over the world. Radio stations compete with one another.
Radio programmes vary from country to country. But in all countries, programmes primarily provide information and entertainment. Programmes that provide information include news and current affairs, live broadcasts of sports events, weather forecasts, talk shows. Many talk shows allow listeners to take part in the programme by telephoning the radio station to ask questions or give their opinions about the topic. Such programmes are sometimes called phone-ins.
In most countries up to 90 percent of all programmes are designed for entertainment. Music is a popular kind of radio entertainment. Most music stations specialize in one kind of music, such as pop, classical, jazz or folk music. Some stations broadcast several kinds of music. There are also comedy shows and plays performed «live» or recorded in the studio by actors.
A major reason for the widespread use of radios is their portability, which means the ability to be carried around easily. People listen to the radios almost everywhere — at home, in parks, at beaches and picnics, while driving a car, and even while walking along the street.
