In our world there is a lot of crime and this question is actual for disputes, after all much of us do not want to contact crime, firstly all want to fence themselves and ther family from violators of the law. In my opinion, this light penalty for the act made by them, they have to expiate the act work for the benefit of the country. I am convinced that capital punishment needs to be entered. It is entered in many democratic countries like as China and USA. And absolutely discredits nothing all-democratic character of these countries. In many states of the USA there are gas chambers, there are electric chairs. Frankly, if the person becomes the serial murderer, either the seducer, or the murderer of juveniles, the person committing terrible simply anti-human, brutal crimes - has to die. In it the right of society - to protect itself from such extreme deviant. Society has to have, in certain cases, the right, in rare instances, when certainly the fault, actus reus is proved and everything is strictly documented, the slightest doubts in guilt of this or that criminal, on condemnationand its protection from other society. I do not agree with this point of view because I consider that they are worthy other punishment. Russia signed the European convention "about human rights protection" and is the participating observer in the EU and the member of the Council of Europe therefore to dream of introduction o.f capital punishment, but I think that it should not do. Summing up the results, I want to tell that this subject of a question led me to reflections. I understood that on all rules there are exceptions and it would be in certain cases necessary to arrive so, but not differently, but I consider that this issue has to be resolved at the level of the authority of the country as reflections such will lead to senseless disputes.

дальше нужно сказать,что я не согласен с этой точкой зрения,потому что считаю,что они достойны иного наказания и Россия подписала европейскую конвенцию "о защите прав человека" и является участником-наблюдателем в ЕС и членом европейского совета,поэтому мечтать о введении смертной казни,я думаю,не стоит

заключение: подводя итоги,хочу сказать,что эта тема вопроса привела меня к размышлениям,я понял,что на все правила существуют исключения,и в некоторых случаях нужно было бы поступить так,а не иначе,но я считаю,что этот вопрос должен решаться на уровне власти страны,а размышления такого рода приведут к бессмысленным спорам
