Tiger: endangered species that need to be saved
Tiger, the largest of all cats, is one of the most charismatic and powerful flagship species on Earth, it is also one of the most threatened. The Tigers are distinguished by the color of the coat While no accurate recent estimates of world population figures, Tiger is believed to have dropped by about 95% since the beginning of this century, compared with maybe 100.000 up to this score from 5000 up to 7400. (The World Conservation Union/IUCN). The approximate number of subspecies and their distribution is shown at the end of the essay.
Tiger is classified as a member of the order of predators (carnivores), and is a member of the feline. Five subspecies of tigers are scattered around 14 countries in Asia, and they are: Amur (Siberian), Bengal, Indochinese, Sumatran and South China. Extinct are: Bali Tigers (which no one has seen since 1937 and not picture it exists), the Caspian Tiger (extinct since 1970) and the Java Tiger (extinct since 1980). But there is also a white tiger, which is to change the color of the Bengal tiger. Endangered species that are threatened with extinction. More than 5200 animals worldwide are threatened with extinction
