это предложение никак в progressive не поставить. только в simple. When do you get up every morning?
использование вопроса с when в progressive - все равно что по-русски спросить "когда ты сейчас встаешь?" - абсурд
ну вот так написано а как должно быть?
progressive форма: you are getting up. Why are you getting up? Who is getting up? и т.д.
