The Lion asked what was going on and who was there.
The Mouse wondered if the Lion saw her.
The Lion asked who the Mouse was.
Mouse said that she was his friend and wondered whether if she could help him (или же "offering to help").
The Lion accepted the offer and asked how the Mouse would do that.
The Mouse asked the Lion not to worry and explained that she could gnaw the net.
The Lion wondered why the Mouse wanted to help him and asked if she was afraid of him.
The mouse said that she was not afraid of the Lion, adding that she was just his friend.
