Global warming is a problem of the whole planet. It is a process, when in the atmospere above the Earth gases, like carbon dioxide naturally trap the sun's heat and keep the air warm. This stops most of the world rom becoming covered with ice. This is called 'greenhouse effect'.
Nowadays, people are creating more and more carbon dioxide by burning fossil fuels and driving cars. As a result, tje temperature is becoming warmer and warmer. Moreover, ice at the North and South Poles are melting, sea levels 're rising. Some small islands in oceans will be flooded if the temperatury go up.
To protect Earth from destruction
- Factories should put filters on on chimneys.
- People should go by bike or on foot.
- People shouldn't use cars in the centre of the city.
