Every summer my family chooses the sunniest and warm day to go on vacation in Trakai. I've never been interested in

the history of this wonderful place. I was more fascinated by other activities such as swimming, sunbathing and erecting sand castles. It lasted until to Lithuania came my uncle. He wrote an article about the Trakai castle and wanted to see it firsthand. He said that this castle was built in the 14th century and the fact that hand in the Grand Duke Gediminas attached. Trakai is an unique medieval castle among the lakes. It is the only insular castle throughout Eastern Europe. I was interested in his story and uncle invited me to go with him to the castle. The next day we went to Trakai by the way, I learned that the city was the capital of Lithuania. Coming closer to the castle, I thought only about how it is huge. We waited at the entrance of the guide.

Sales contract
The sales contract is the legally binding agreement reached by the seller and
the buyer (the parties to the contract). It can be made orally or in writing, although
it is usual for the contract to be drawn up in writing to prevent disputes.
There are three ways to conclude a sales contract:
1. This is the most normal way of concluding a sales contract, because most
offers are non-binding. As non-binding offers can be changed or withdrawn at any
time, a sales contract does not exist until the seller confirms the order, making any
changes impossible.
2. Sellers tend to make firm offers when trading in goods where the prices
fluctuate a lot. They set a fixed and if the buyer doesn't place an order within the
period of time where, this price is valid, the offer with expires. The seller can then
make another offer with new prices to keep up with the prices on the market.
3. In this case, if the buyer is not interested in the goods, he is expected to
return them within a certain period of time, otherwise he will have to pay for them.
After a sales contract has been concluded, the seller and buyer have to fulfil
certain liabilities (that means there are certain things they have to do).
The seller's liabilities are:
- To deliver the goods on time and in perfect condition.
- To ensure that the title to the goods is transferred to the buyer — in other words, the
seller has to make sure that the buyer becomes the owner of the goods. This is
normally done by passing a special document, the document of title, to the buyer.
The buyer’s liabilities are:
- To accept delivery of the goods (this prevents him changing his mind after the
goods have been sent).
- To pay for the goods within the time agreed.
If one party doesn't fulfill its liabilities, the contract is broken (this is called
breach of contract). In this case the other party (injured party) can claim
compensation.

Переведите пожалуйста It was so weird, it still freaks me out to think about it. About a year ago, l was shopping in Marks and Spencer. I had

been to a lot of shops and I was feeling a bit tired. Finally, I thought I'd go up to the next floor of the shopping centre and look for a CD. As I was going up, I noticed a girl ahead of me almost at the top of the escalator. She was wearing a red jacket like mine. You know how you always feel curious about people you see wearing the same clothes, so I kept looking at her absent-mindedly. With growing amazement, I saw that the girl looked just like me from behind — same hairstyle, same colour, even her black bag was exactly like mine. The girl got to the top of the escalator before me. When I reached the top I looked around for her, but she had disappeared in the crowd of Saturday shoppers. I thought it was funny, until I went to look at some CDs in a shop window. I noticed another reflection in the window. I knew it wasn't me, it was the girl I had seen on the escalator. She was standing just behind me and looking at the same things. It was so weird. I turned round slowly but there was no one there. The next moment I caught a glimpse of the red jacket disappearing round the corner. But the weirdest bit was when I dashed after her and ran into my friend who was out shopping that day too. She looked surprised when she saw me. She said she had just seen me walk straight past her without even saying hello. She was sure the girl she had seen was me. I have read about it quite a lot, and the only explanation that fits what happened is that I saw my Doppelganger — my double. What bothers me, though, is that people usually see their Doppelganger before they die. I'm not easily scared, but I not wear that red jacket anymore.

2. In some homes the atmosphere is quite formal. In others, it is informal and you may sit at the kitchen table to eat dinner. Informality is a way of

taking you into the warmth of the family circle. It is always customary to sit at dinner table as we do in Russia. When you are at the party you may be walking from one sitting-room to another, talking to the guests with a glass of wine in your hand. Food is served in one of the rooms and you can help yourself to whatever and whenever you like.Переведите пожалуйста,без помощи переводчиков типа гугл или яндекс и им подобным

УМОЛЯЮ! переведите текст БЕЗ ПЕРЕВОДЧИКА,умоляююю... The Art of Pleasure

There is not much written about the Maori people before the Europeans came, but from museums and old myths we are able to learn something of their life and the pleasures they enjoyed.
These myths tell us that many years ago the noble Raukataure, wishing to give happiness to everyone, invented the arts of amusement. And the children of Sky-Father and Mother-Earth told their children all the folk-tales and myths. Though they could not write, their unwritten literature existed in stories, in games, dances and in their vocal music.
It was not all lost, for we can discover many of their amusements that kept them happy in their beautiful land of trees and mountains and rivers.
Folkdances are still very popular with Maori people. These dances are always accompanied by songs. The Haka poi dance, for example, is the most graceful . The poi ball generally figures in dances of young girls and women. Their motions are accompanied by a song.

The clock struck six and, having swept up the hearth, Beth put a pair of slippers down to warm. Somehow the sight of the old shoes had a good effect

upon the girls, for Mother was coming, and everyone brightened to welcome her. Meg stopped lecturing, and lighted the lamp, Amy got out of the easy chair without being asked, and Jo forgot how tired she was as she sat up to hold the slippers nearer to the blaze. "They are quite worn out. Marmee must have a new pair." "I thought I'd get her some with my dollar," said Beth. "No, I shall!" cried Amy. "I'm the oldest," began Meg, but Jo cut in with a decided, "I'm the man of the family now Papa is away, and I shall provide the slippers, for he told me to take special care of Mother while he was gone." "I'll tell you what we'll do," said Beth, "let's each get her something for Christmas, and not get anything for ourselves."
