1. I should be very glad if he came to my place.- условное предложение II типа - маловероятное условие. Я был бы очень рад, если бы он приехал ко мне.

2.  If he lived in St. Petersburg, he would go to the Hermitage every week. - условное предложение II типа - маловероятное условие. Если бы он жил в С-Петербурге, он бы ходил в Эрмитаж каждую неделю.

3) if you had gone to the theatre with us last week, you would gave enjoyed the evening. условное предложение III типа нереальное условие, относящееся к прошлому. Если бы ты сходил с нами в театр на прошлой неделе, мы бы провели прекрасный (или приятный) вечер.
