ostov State Transport University (RSTU) occupies a prominent position among the scientific and educational institutions of Russia. Its history dates back to the 20-s of the 20-th century. Now it is a vast scientific and educational complex comprising 10 departments, 41 chairs, Postgraduate and Doctorate Colleges, Computer Centre^Virtual Railroad Complex, Experimental Testing Plant, Engineering Center of Postgraduate Professional Education..
