Young people cannot live in isolation. They are looking for a communication, they want to have fun and a good time. That's why the majority of young people are trying to make friends and join the big companies in different youth groups. Some of these groups are engaged in research, compose and perform music, go to the mountains, enjoy exploring the past of our country and study the past of our country and take care of veterans.This is great! But there are some youth groups that choose to use alcohol and drugs, they are promoting hatred, violence and racial hostility. These are bad groups. It's very hard to choose a group for young people and teenagers because they don't have enough life experience. That's why young people need to listen to the views of their parents and teachers. I will never join the group that can ruin my life and health.
Молодежь не может жить в одиночестве. Они ищут общения,
хотят веселиться и хорошо проводить время. Вот почему большинство молодых людей
стараются дружить большими компаниями и вступать в разные молодежные группы.
Некоторые такие группы занимаются научными исследованиями, сочиняют и исполняют
музыкальные произведения, ходят в горы, изучают
прошлое нашей страны, заботятся о ветеранах. Это здорово! Но есть такие
молодежные группы, которые предпочитают употреблять алкоголь и наркотики, они
пропагандируют ненависть, насилие и расовую неприязнь. Это плохие группы.
Молодым людям очень трудно сделать выбор, потому что у них не хватает
жизненного опыта. Вот почему подросткам необходимо прислушиваться к мнению
родителей и учителей. Я никогда не вступлю в группу, которая может испортить мне жизнь
и здоровье.

Sport is one of the essential parts of a person's life. It helps us to not only gain
good health but gives our lives interest, enthusiasm and excitement.
Nevertheless, there are people who think that sport is harmful.
In my opinion, sport is good for the body because it makes you burn calories and
makes you increase your muscle mass to have a good body. Besides it helps to
person to make more organized and better disciplined, if he plays in a team
sport. Finally, it has psychological benefits by reducing stress.
However, there are some drawbacks of doing sports. Heavy workouts can be dangerous and
even lead to serious diseases, because it takes a lot of energy and could be
exhausting. Although it is very beneficial to do exercise regularly, abuse has
its downside because as a result you may get injuries or cardiovascular
diseases.
What is more, easy workouts bring a lot of benefits to health and they are very useful.
Besides, if you do sport with your friends it gives you more fun and pleasure.
To sum up, sport is a must if you want to keep yourself healthy. But it has to be said
that some physical activities may be even dangerous. That's why sports must be
done with carefulness and without too many efforts, which lead to diseases.
