The problem of poverty exists in any society in one way or another . For Russia, this is one of the most pressing social problems today. Because poverty limits people's access to development resources : decent work, quality healthcare and education, the possibility of socialization of children and youth and the implementation of creativity . Low level of income together with their polarization leads to social tension , prevents its successful development , causing the crisis , both in the family and in the whole country .
Poverty line is set at a subsistence level, which is determined on the basis of normative statistics: the minimum set of food with discounted nutritional requirements, the cost of non-food goods and services and other mandatory payments.
Case has been described as one student decided to test whether you can live on food "Minimal". Eating this way for two months, he lost na8 kcs stopped experiment to not harm health.
Everyone understands that for a long time can not be determined on such a poor subsistence. But the government thinks otherwise.
There were also the "new poor " - a two-parent families with 1-2 children . In 50% of them are below subsistence level , 60 % of households of pensioners with low pensions , 40% of parents engaged in menial work .
There is a strengthening gender dimension of poverty. It manifests itself in the backlog of women in professional careers , despite their higher level of higher education. This is primarily due to the reproductive function of women and dual employment - housekeeping , parenting and work . Influences and national mentality, expressing a negative attitude towards career women .

За последние годы мой распорядок дня очень сильно изменился. Я стала позже приходить домой, потому что у меня стало больше уроков, до ночи делать домашнюю работу, так как появились новые предметы,которым я уделяю много времени. В итоге, "ночных посиделок" я стала меньше спать, и чувствую большую усталость.
Из-за нехватки личного времени я реже выхожу на улицу, или просто отдыхаю. У меня только один выходной, и то я делаю уроки. Поэтому, если бы я могла изменить свое расписание, то она было бы таким:
1. Я бы вставала утром не раньше девяти часов, потому что занятия в моей школы начинались бы в десять. Я бы могла ложиться даже в полночь,зная , что высплюсь.
2. На вопрос, что изменить в школе для идеального дня, я не могу ответить однозначно:
- у меня могло быть по 5-6 уроков каждый день,включая субботу, но они были бы по 35 минут, перемены по 10. Тогда бы занятия кончались в 14.20, что на 40 минут раньше обычного.
- ну или второй вариант: вернуть два выходных, и учиться 5 дней. но тогда, у меня бы не было такой огромной нагрузки, максимально 6 уроков каждый день, но раз в неделю можно и 7.
3. Что касается домашнего задания, то оно будет либо очень маленьким,либо его не будет вообще. я не буду сидеть за уроками 6-7 часов, часа 2-не больше, и буду учить только те предметы,которые буду сдавать.
4. С таким расписанием у меня будет много свободного времени. Я успею и почитать книгу, погулять, посмотреть телевизор, и лягу намного раньше.
У меня будет больше времени на собственные интересы.
На примере идеального расписания, я хочу сравнить вторник.
Раньше я...теперь же я могу...
Прошу помочь в решении задания по английскому языку. Требуется поставить глагол в нужную форму и при необходимости поправить сама
предложения (На сколько я знаю, в некоторых случаях порядок слов меняется).
