He said it had done him a lot of good.
He said he felt better at that moment.
He said his wife and he had spent most of their freetime on the beach.
He said they had done a lot of sightseeing.

He said he had taken many pgotographs while travelling in the Caucasus.
He said he would come to see us the following Sunday.
