 How to cook "Chuck, Chuck" 1. Prepare all the ingredients and products. Now you'll know - how to cook real chak chak. 2. Knead the dough: Mix the flour with the eggs, salt and vodka. 3. Cover the dough bowl or a film, leave to infuse for 30 minutes, until the swelling. 4. Divide the dough is ready in 3 parts. Roll each piece of thickness not exceeding 2 mm. Then cut into strips (width 2 cm). 5. Each strip is cut noodles crosswise (3 mm). Separate the noodles from each other immediately after cutting. 6. Put the noodles on a tray covered with a towel. When the sugar is completely dissolved - remove the pan from the heat and pour the honey mixture into the noodles. Stir, being careful not to break the pasta. 10. Share chak-chak on a dish (with wet hands) and gently press down to hide the emptiness. 11. Apply chak-chak to tea or coffee, and children are best to dish pour yogurt or milk. Bon appetit!
