Школа-это место где мы приходим получать знания и где всегда нужно соблюдать определенную дисциплину .Мы должны сидеть тихо и слушать учителя,но все люди разные и не каждый может соблюдать эти правила.К тем ученикам,которые хотят учиться, претензий нет,а вот те которые еще не осознали важность учебы, мешают учителю вести урок .Именно для таких учеников ,в школах было разрешено применять телесные наказания для воспитания детей.
