our grandfather's. He lives and works in the forest - he is a forester. He lives in a small house. He has a garden. Different plants grow in his garden. It is very beautiful there. There is a lake near the house. The lake is full is fish. Near the lake there are high green hills and large fields. A lot of different flowers grow in the fields. I like forget-me-not best of all. The forest is full of mushrooms and berries. Different birds and animals live on the hills and in the forest. Grandfather knows and loves them all. He knows a lot of things about animals: where they live in winter and in summer, what they eat, what they like to do, how they teach their children and play with them. He knows all about birds too. When a bird is singing he can say what bird it is. In winter when there is not much food to eat in the forest, he gives the birds something to eat. Grandfather likes the forest. He always says that the forest is full of wonders. We like to listen to grandfather's stories about the forest's wonders. At my granny's Last summer we went to visit my granny. She has got a nice little house in the country. It is very comfortable. There is a living-room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a hall and there are two bedrooms. There are many different flowers in front of the house and behind it, there are a lot of fruit trees too. We like to visit our granny, but we don't often go there, as we are very busy. That summer day my granny was out but w had the keys with us. I wanted to have a nice day in the country. We went there by taxi. Granny's house is very neat and nice. There are two floors. The kitchen and the living-room are on the ground floor. There is a fireplace in the living-room. I like to sit in the old rocking arm-chair by the fire in the evening. The television is also here. The bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. The curtains in the granny's bedroom are very nice. There is also an old framed mirror in this room. When I was a little girl I thought it is magical. The toilet is next to kitchen on the ground floor.

"Rocks are beautiful",says Pavlo.'Some Of them have pretty colours.My amallest rock is the most interesting.My uncle found it ear the Pacific Ocean.It's difficult to find a rock like this.

Eight former Borys Ivanchuk has got an intersting hobby- cartoon animation.He started this hooby when he was ten.His new cartoon is called Pecil man.Making Pencil Man was a lot of work.He said First I Had to make more than 2000 drawings.Each one was just a little different.Then I used a camera to take a picture of each drawing.I in the film the pictures move very quickly.Pencil Man like he is moving.

Borys is going to show Pencil Man at school gym on tuesday at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

she looks twenty, she really does! My Dad and I will get up early in the morning, when Mum is still asleep. Well clean the house and go to the shop to buy presents for Mother. I don't knoy what well buy. We shall see. But of course well buy flowers. All women like flowers , you know! I think well buy a beautiful blouse for her.Sne likes to wear blouses. We shall buy tasty things, too : sweets, chocolate, ice-cream, cookies, apples, oranges, bananas and what not! When Mum gets up well congratulate her on her birthday. Well give her the presents and sing the song: Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday , dear Mummy, Happy birthday to you! Mother will invite her friends to her birthday party. They will come in the evening at about seven o'clock. Mum will put on her party dress. Dad will be in his best too. Ill put on my new white shirt and blue trousers. Well have a good time! Last year we had a lot of fun that day. Father wanted to make a surprise for Mother - to cook a birthday cake. When he put the cake on the table Mum asked : What is it , I wonder? Its my present for you on your birthday.Its a birthday cake.I cooked it for you. Mum thanked Dad and ate some cake. I wondered how she could eat the cake! It was vere bad, it really was! I was vere hungry but I couldnt eat it! The next day , when Dad wasnt at home I asked my Mum, How could you eat the cake yesterday? Did you like it? Mother didnt say anything and smiled.
