Что бы поддержать свою форму мне нужно часто заниматься спортом. Почти каждое утро я начинаю с зарядки мне хватает 10 минут. Я качаю пресс, поднимаю и отпускаю ноги, кручу обруч, приседаю. Еще нужно правильно питаться. Больше есть фруктов и овощей. Я считаю что все люди должны поддерживать свою физическую форму.

I`m visiting the world`s most famous art treasures.”She speakes clearly and plainly, with none of the academic verbosity of art historians.
