Для создания форм пассивного залога понадобится глагол to be в нужной форме и причастие II основного смыслового глагола. Например:
Present Indefinite – am / is / are + cooked / written
Present Continuous – am / is / are + being + cooked / written
Present Perfect – have / has + been + cooked / written
Past indefinite – was / were + cooked / written
Past Continuous – was / were + being + cooked / written
Past Perfect — had + been + cooked / written
Future Indefinite – will + be + cooked / written
Future Perfect – will + have + been + cooked / written
