в 11 часов, 11-го дня, 11 месяца в 1918 году закончилась первая мировая война.каждый год люди великобритании носят бумажный мак как символ дня памяти.Поминальные службы проходят по всей Великобритании там есть королевская семья и множество ветиранов которые возлагают цветы к памятнику.Музыканты играют традиционную музыку затем музыка стихает и наступает минута молчания.
