Каждый год с июля по октябрь многие люди России идут на охоту по грибы.Это очень старая традиция России.Некоторые люди собирают грибы, чтоб продавать их в магазинах и в городских ресторанах, но большинство из них в конечном итоге оказываются на российской кухне.(?-не могу прочесть это слово) выпекают грибы со сметаной в духовке, жарят их в масле или варят их для супа.Иногда они готовят это как главное блюдо или смешивают их с сыром,йогуртом,говядиной или курицой. Давайте посмотрим на рецепт, который прислала нам ольга:
