Переведите, пожалуйста. Когда ты постоянно работаешь и у тебя практически не остается времени на развлечения, на общения с друзьями или

активный отдых, тоесть фактически нету свободного времени. Ты окунаешься в работу, думаешь только о ней, заканчивая один трудовой процесс тут же включаешься в другой и это становиться твоим образом жизни. Со временем ты привыкаешь к этому, это входит в привычку и ты уже не представляешь, что определенную часть времени суток можно проводить иначе. В результате все это приводит к стрессу и если вовремя не остановиться, человек может не выдержать и, как говориться, "сгореть на работе".Именно так рождаются трудоголики. Поэтому очень важно распределять время суток таким образом, чтобы и "делу время" и "потехе-час". Не даром психологи утверждают, что в сутках необходимо уделять на отдых хотя бы 2-3 часа.
