Перед Рождеством дети пишут письма Санте Клаусу. В письме они (обычно) пишут про подарки.
У Санты много писем, и он не справляется один. Поэтому у него есть помощники - Эльфы. Они помогают Санте Клаусу упаковать и отправить подарки. Ночью дети кладут печенье и наливают молоко для Санты. Ночью Санта Клаус прилетает на санях с оленями. Залезает через трубу в дом, пьёт молоко, ест печенье и под ёлкой оставляет подарки.
