Сначала нужно тщательно промять и замочить рис. Потом нарезать мясо на ломтики и мелко порезать морковь и лук . Заложить всё в казан и налить горячей воды и на 40 минут готовить.после приготовления положить плов на тарелки добавив соли и приправ.
