In the room where Mr Small. Dr Foam and Mrs Bulmer were talking to the children, there were some really old people. Mr Small went up to one of them. "I see that you're a very old man." he said.
"Yes. I am. I'm 90." the old man replied.
"Could you give the children here some advice about a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle?" Mr Small asked.
"Sure. Follow my example. Don't smoke, don't drink, don't eat too much sugar or fat and drink lots of water."
At that moment Dr Foam found another old man. who looked older than the first one. He was sitting in a wheelchair, but his eyes were merry and bright.
"How old are you, sir?" Dr Foam asked.
"I'm ninety-five." the man replied.
"Can you tell us why you have lived so long?" Doctor Foam asked.
"It's easy. I always do exercise, and I don't smoke or drink. I spend a lot of time in the open air and I'm a vegetarian." Just then Mrs Bulmer decided to join in the conversation. She saw a very, very old man in the corner of the room. He had no teeth or hair and he couldn't see or hear very well, so she had to come very close to him. The children followed her.
"May 1 ask you a couple of questions, sir," she shouted.
"Yes." the old man whispered.
"Why have you lived so long, sir?" Mrs Bulmer asked.
"I don't know." the man replied.
"Tell us about your lifestyle," Mrs Bulmer continued.
"OK, then. I smoke thirty cigarettes a day and drink a bottle of whisky every day. Sometimes I also have two bottles of beer. I never eat vegetables or fruit and I live on chocolate and cakes."
"How old are you, sir?" Mr Bulmer exclaimed.
"I'm forty." the "old" man replied.

In 1945, Australia’s population was around 7
million people and was mainly Anglo–Celtic. Today Australia has a population of
nearly 23 million people. At 2009, about 25.6 per cent of the estimated
resident population comprised those born overseas. Australian Bureau of
Statistics projections from the 2006 census of the numbers of Aboriginal and
Torres Strait Islander people suggest and Indigenous population of 575,552
people at 30 June 2011.

Australia doesn't have many traditions. Australia's
equivalent of America's Independence Day is Australia Day on January 26, the
landing of the First Fleet of Convicts in Botany Bay. Alternative dates
suggested for Australia Day include January 1, the sitting of the first federal
parliament. St Patricks Day is a popular tradition. Even though it may be in
tribute to a patron saint of a foreign country, it involves a lot of drinking
hence its appeal. Although not Australian, religious festivals such as
Christmas are well supported. Of course Santa Claus looks a bit inappropriately
dressed in his North Pole attire in the heat of the Australian summer. Its also
quite strange listening to people sing about a white Christmas when the
temperature is 40 degrees.

Australia has three architectural listings on
UNESCO's World Heritage list: Australian Convict Sites (comprising a collection
of separate sites around Australia, including Hyde Park Barracks in Sydney,
Port Arthur in Tasmania, and Fremantle Prison in Western Australia); the Sydney
Opera House; and the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne. The National Trust
of Australia is a non-governmental organization charged with protecting
Australia's built heritage.

Australian writers who have obtained
international renown include the Nobel winning author Patrick White, as well as
authors Peter Carey, Thomas Keneally, Colleen McCullough, Nevil Shute and
Morris West. Notable contemporary expatriate authors include the feminist Germaine
Greer, art historian Robert Hughes and humorists Barry Humphries and Clive
James.

Reflecting the country's status as a
constitutional monarchy, a number of royal symbols exist in Australia. These
include symbols of the monarch of Australia, as well as the monarch's
Vice-regal representatives.

MEDICAL
SERVICE IN THE USA

In the USA
there are three levels of organization of medical service: (he private doctor,
the medical institution or hospital and the United State Public Health Service.

The average
American has a doctor of his own, whom he calls his "family doctor".
This doctor gives the patient regular examinations, vaccinations and medical
advice. This doctor receives pay directly from the patient.

But some
Americans with low income have no family doctor. They come directly to the
hospital for all their medical needs. Here they are cared for by interns,
residents (врачи,живущиеприбольнице) and the doctors who work there.

нужен адекватный перевод этого текста) We all all a mixture of different characteristics. A person does not have just one type of personality or another,

thought people do show a tendency to be one way rather than the other. I here are many ways to analyze personality. Here we will consider just four. The first, type A personality tends to be highly driven and may be very competitive. Type A generally like to get recognition, for their achievements, they can be very independent, and they may also be direct and to the point. They are likely to be very focused, persistent and decisive.
